Cassie Kozyrkov began her undergraduate studies in statistics at age 15 at Nelson Mandela University in South Africa before moving to the United States to complete a degree in economics at the University of Chicago. She then earned graduate degrees in mathematical statistics, psychology, and cognitive neuroscience from Duke University and North Carolina State University.
In 2014, Cassie joined Google as a statistician in the Research and Machine Intelligence division. Her area of focus at Google was applied AI and data science process architecture.
