The Story of Traumatic Injury to Paralympic Legend
No matter how smart, rich, strong, or educated we are, we all struggle. Death, divorce, bankruptcy, and addiction; all force us to question our entire lives.
Chris Waddel knows the struggle of traumatic injury. However, what is more damaging is the struggle of complacency, indecision, and insecurity.
Chris Waddell learned to embrace the struggle, and now he misses the struggle more than his medals. The struggle was his connection to his world, friends, and colleagues.
In this keynote speech, Chris Waddell covers how to embrace the struggle:
“In following his bliss, Chris is an inspiration! His life experiences and choice have placed him in a perfect place to share the journey.
I can only say, any opportunity to host or hear him speak, participate in projects or associate with him at all, will be something you will not ever forget and will be inspired to follow your own bliss!“
– Roxy Cross, States Technology Labs
“You could not ask for someone who embodies the spirit and resolve we all hope to have better than Chris. Boundless energy and limitless vision make him what he is and we can all hope to emulate it.”
