Simon T. Bailey’s early life was a series of setbacks. Struggling in school, not making sports teams, Simon needed an outlet. It was here that he first found his voice, and passion, for public speaking.
His new found “voice” served him well and opened opportunities which previously evaded him. Simon T. Bailey went on to obtain a bachelor’s degree from Life Christian University in Tampa, FL as well as a master’s degree from faith university in Orlando, FL. In addition to this, Bailey is a graduate of Rollins College Executive Management Certificate program.
Simon T. Bailey started his career in the hospitality industry. His passion for customer service, leadership and team building was evident from the beginning. These inherent skills, and Simon’s love for people, quickly began to gain notice.
