Born and raised in Montreal, Sam Rapoport’s journey into football started with a long shot—and a perfectly thrown one.
A former quarterback throughout her youth, Sam wanted a job in the NFL badly enough to mail an actual football from Montreal to New York with her resume attached. Written on the football was the line: “What other quarterback could accurately deliver a ball 386 miles?” It worked.
