Please welcome the executive sales coach lead, helping lead Google’s global sales organization and the author of the upcoming book, the Next Right Move, high Performance Coach, coach JK. How many times are we? No call and no show ourselves the who I needed to be. Because we always focus on the what’s and the why and the where and the when. But the who I needed to be see the who I needed to be was someone who finished workouts. The how you want to get there and that’s the most important. So when you think about the GPS or do you wanna bike? Do you wanna jog? Do you wanna take the HOV? Do you wanna take the the the one with the least traffic? And so for here, we all have to identify and take this step of like, who are we? What’s important to us? Where do you want to go? And the funny thing about the GPS system is that it never asks us where did we go yesterday? It never ask like, where were you yesterday? I said, no, no, no. Leave that behind. Who cares? Like what happened in the past? Like who do you want to be in this moment? One time ruins my reputation. And sometimes we think that when we do it to ourselves, there’s no damage. But let’s say there is just as much, 82% of workers would leave their company if their manager was empathetic or not empathetic. See empathy right there. And so at the end of the day, this usually happens when corporations go from, not from the relational side, but the transactional side of business and their employees focusing more on the productivity and the results, right? Because at the end of the day, we know that if you are not empathetic towards your clients, you’ll lose them. Everything that you wanted to accomplish in 2023, you were able to get there, you were able to accomplish it. And I want you to get specific, what does success look like for you? Be as specific as you possibly can. Not only personally, but not only professionally. Might be relationships that you want to have. Maybe something about wealth, your health, but get specific. And I think everybody’s expecting when it’s coming to success that there always have to be a certain way that everything is always gonna be easy or something you’re always confident. Like sometimes I’m nervous as hell, but I still walk into the room and I said, I gotta sell it. I got this opportunity. You know? And I believe that in some ways where I think that confidence is really important. It is in the world. Like everybody’s telling us who and what to be that the hardest person to be sometimes is ourselves. It was up to you about how long do you want to see somebody in a certain way, positively or negatively not telling how to do that. We expressing this political culture in this world in which we live. We decide to see people for the multi different layers that all of us are. So I say to each and every single one of you, who do you want to be? Who will you choose to be? And what will be the next right steps to get you there?
