Under her leadership, the team saw record-breaking success, culminating in a second-place finish in the 2021–22 season. She was promoted to CEO in 2021 before stepping down in 2022 as the team transitioned into Maserati MSG Racing.

In 2023, Susie became the Managing Director of F1 Academy—Formula 1’s all-female driver category. In this role, she’s driving a powerful mission: to develop the next generation of female talent and pave the way to the highest levels of competition.
