Mario was born in Rome and grew up in the small town of Gaeta. He grew up following his mom in the kitchen and learned the most important ingredient in cooking was passion. In his 20’s he relocated to the United States and began working in a small restaurant on the north side of Chicago as a dishwasher and worked his way up to chef.
His passion for cooking real Italian cuisine was recognized by The Food Network.
