An Experienced Sports Anchor
In 2012 Jade McCarthy earned the sought after anchor position for ESPN and their SportsCenter program. For Jade, this was a dream come true. As dreams sometimes play out, extreme lows can follow extreme highs.
In April of 2017 ESPN announced they would be making massive layoffs to their on-air personalities. Right before she was set to go live on air, Jade received the news that she was one of the many ESPN team members to be let go.
