Defensive tackle Hollis Thomas was an integral part of the Philadelphia Eagles’ late 90s and early 2000s success. From 1996 to 2005, the Eagles went to the playoffs 6 times. This run included 4 consecutive conference championship appearances and a visit to the Super Bowl in 2004. Despite going undrafted, Hollis earned a starting roster spot as a rookie on the Eagles’ 1996 team. He quickly became a defensive centerpiece in the middle of the Eagles’ defensive line. Well-known for his skills against the run, Hollis accumulated over 500 tackles, 52 tackles for loss, and 20 sacks during his career.
