Dany Bahar is an Israeli and Venezuelan economist and Associate Professor of International and Public Affairs at Brown University’s Watson Institute, a Faculty Affiliate of Brown University’s Economics Department, and a Senior Fellow of The Growth Lab at Harvard Center for International Development. Additionally, he is a nonresident senior fellow in the Global Economy and Development program at the Brookings Institution and has worked and consulted for multilateral development organizations like the World Bank and Inter-American Development Bank. Among his 4 degrees are a Ph.D. in public policy from Harvard University and M.P.A. in international development from the Harvard Kennedy School.
