Mollie Plotkin is an entrepreneur and the driving force behind The Mollie Plotkin Group. She has built a leading talent agency representing keynote speakers, professional athletes, and thought leaders—helping organizations create events that inform, inspire, and transform.
Known for her instinct in pairing the right speaker with the right audience, Mollie has worked with top executives, elite athletes, and globally recognized voices. Her work sits at the intersection of storytelling, leadership, and performance—bridging the gap between industries and audiences.
Beyond talent representation, Mollie is a trusted advisor to clients and a strong advocate for women in business. Her career reflects a commitment to resilience, innovation, and building meaningful connections that open doors.

Alongside Mollie, our team brings deep experience in talent management, event strategy, and client partnership. We’re proud to work with an extended network that includes standout collaborators like Nic Pirhalla, Derek Victor, and MeiMei Le—along with a rotating group of talented interns from universities such as Villanova, Penn State, the University of Michigan, and the University of Delaware.

Nic Pirhalla
Operations Manager
Nic Pirhalla leads website operations, digital strategy and content development at The Mollie Plotkin Group. He manages and continually improves the company’s website with a focus on making it fast, intuitive and genuinely useful for event professionals searching for speakers and entertainment. Nic is especially proud of building a digital experience that makes it easy to discover, compare and inquire about talent, and he regularly hears positive feedback about the site’s usability. With a background in technical writing, SEO, content creation and web development, he also supports broader operational and event initiatives across the company. A University of Delaware graduate and proud Blue Hen, Nic brings a detail-oriented, creative and practical approach to every project he takes on.

MeiMei Le brings a strong background in event operations, logistics, and client experience to The Mollie Plotkin Group, where she helps coordinate high-impact events and seamless experiences for speakers, clients, and audiences. A Villanova University graduate with a degree in Business Management, MeiMei has built her expertise through roles in university events, healthcare programming, and wedding planning. Her calm, solutions-oriented approach, thoughtful attention to detail, and experience managing complex timelines make her an essential part of MPG’s event execution. A Philadelphia native, she also brings warmth, creativity, and local pride to everything she does.
