Captain Jack Becker built his career operating in one of the world’s most demanding performance environments as a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier-based F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter pilot. During his military service, he served as an instructor pilot, landing signal officer, quality assurance officer, and crew resource management instructor.
Jack accumulated more than 2,500 flight hours in supersonic fighter jets and more than 10,000 hours guiding Naval aircraft safely back onto aircraft carriers. As one of the Navy’s most highly decorated Landing Signal Officers, he played a key role in implementing Crew Resource Management processes designed to help pilots improve performance quickly while operating in high-risk conditions. He was responsible for more than 21,000 mishap-free carrier landings throughout his career.
A decorated combat veteran, Jack flew numerous high-profile missions in the Middle East while developing the leadership, communication, and decision-making skills that now shape his work with organizations around the world.
