From delivering newspapers in the freezing Long Island rain so he could buy his own batting cage at age 12, to leading multi-agency crime units and commanding 400,000+ emergency calls a year, David has never let adversity stand in his way.

Over a 22-year career with the New York State Police, David rose through the ranks from State Trooper to Captain, leading elite undercover operations tackling organized crime, auto theft, drug rings, and money laundering. He was named New York State Trooper of the Year in 2003 and Investigator of the Year in 2007. As a first responder at Ground Zero and the Incident Commander for the 2020 U.S. Open at Winged Foot, David knows what it means to perform under pressure and lead when lives are on the line.

But David’s story doesn’t stop with the badge. While still in law enforcement, he and his wife Kristen built a multimillion-dollar international direct sales business, leading a team of 1,400+ people—all while working for the New York State Police.
