Alvin Williams was known as the most integral member of the NBA’s Toronto Raptors, as Team Director of Player Development, and as a player himself. With two decades of NBA experience, Williams knows how to instruct any organization on the benefits of motivation, team building, and time management.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Williams began his basketball career at Villanova University. At the onset, he was an exceptional player, and by graduation, he was inducted into the Villanova Hall of Fame. Initially drafted into the NBA by the Portland Trailblazers, he was traded to the Toronto Raptors where he quickly excelled. Once he became the starting point guard, he started for the next 82 consecutive games. After an unfortunate knee injury, his playing career had come to an end, but he was not out for the count.

Later on, he began several professional ventures off the court.
