Let me introduce myself and our team
My name is Mollie Plotkin, I love connecting people and that’s how this keynote speaker agency story begins.
Who we are and what we love to do (bonus: now you know who you’re talking to on the other end of the phone):
When not sitting outside in business attire having my picture taken, I spend a large part of my day speaking to people and learning about who they are, what they do, and how we can work together.
Getting to know my speakers, listening to their stories, and developing ways to help them find their right audience is what makes me happy. We are all storytellers. And I’m lucky enough to be inspired by MPG Storytellers each and every day.
Sarah Possenti knows that the live events industry is built on relationships and those relationships are built on trust and communication. Having worked in the hospitality industry from the time she was old enough to work, Sarah brings a lifetime of skills and expertise to MPG.
Luckily for us, she landed in Philadelphia in 2004. Owning her own catering, events, and later, consulting company, Sarah has also served the events community as President of the International Live Events Association of Greater Philadelphia (ILEA).
She is passionate about events, great at building relationships and loves bringing people together. Combine all that with being married to a coach and professional speaker (and former NFL athlete), Sarah is the perfect match for The Mollie Plotkin Group.
“Create your own story.“
These are the first words I think about when I wake up and the last words I think about before I go to bed. Everyone’s life is like a storybook and what they do with that life puts words on the pages. Well, I want my story to be the most exciting storybook anyone has ever written. I want it to be full of adventures, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, and all of the challenges life can throw at me. Realizing early on that my story needed more characters, I discovered my passion for people! I love meeting anyone and everyone, learning all about their stories as well. With every sale I make, I truly believe that I am not just selling speakers, I am selling life-changing messages that entire businesses and individuals alike, can benefit from experiencing.
I am a senior at the University of Michigan studying Sport Management with a concentration is Marketing and Management. Growing up as the only child of a sports obsessed father, I learned how to throw a spiral before I could read. From this young age I was a firm believer that I could compete with any of the boys on and off the field. I have always capitalized on challenges which is why I am motivated to succeed in a historically male-dominated industry. Sports for me were always about being a part of something bigger. I excel in competitive cultures with a strong sense of community and am excited to combine my passion for marketing, management and sports as my career progresses. Outside of my career passions, I love to travel, bake, and am constantly struggling to balance my social life with work and sometimes even trying to combine them (I was the Social Chair of my sorority). I hear the struggle is a lifelong one, but I am excited to take it on! Go Blue!”
Nicholas Pirhalla is one of many upstart undergraduate students interning with the Mollie Plotkin Group. While among our legendary partners, they are learning professional skills from the best.
Pirhalla balances time between his undergrad studies at the University of Delaware and freelance writing for various organizations. His skills include search engine optimization and technical writing, with a passion for storytelling through precise messaging.
Analytic and enthusiastic, Nicholas brings his positive attitude to the team. Always looking forward, he is honored to work with the Mollie Plotkin Group.
*fun fact: Mollie inadvertenly spelled Nic’s name incorrectly for the first 5 weeks he worked for MPG and still lives with that embarrassement to this day.
I am a senior at the University of Delaware studying Sport Management with a minor in Advertising. Growing up with two older siblings whose athletic abilities set the bar incredibly high for me to match, it didn’t take long for me to realize just how important sports were to my family. Since then, I simply cannot imagine my life without sports…even though my college years have taken a toll on my physique. When I am not focusing on sports, music has been my deep-rooted passion. Whether it be writing a new song, singing throughout the house, or dancing when I’m not supposed to be dancing, music will always put a smile on my face and brighten my mood! I love the outdoors, anything buffalo chicken, Cookies and Cream ice cream, and my personal favorite, Ramen Noodles (an absolute lifesaver)! I am grateful for the life I have lived up to this point, and can’t wait to see what my future holds!.”
Hello, my name is Jaysen Ellison. I am 21 years old and a senior Sport Management student at the University of Delaware. I also play football at Delaware. I have a deep passion and affinity for sport and anything to do with it. In my opinion, the world would be nothing without sport. Sport is the backbone that holds together a world that is slowly dividing as time goes on.
Personality traits include: Hardworking, Loyal, Adventurous, Dependable, Fearless
What you can expect from me:
Worst Fears: Heights, Scorpions/Snakes/Wild Creatures
Quote to live by: “Don’t be afraid to fail. Be afraid not to try”- Michael Jordan
Howdy everyone! My name is Cole McLaughlin, and I am currently a senior at the University of Delaware majoring in Sport Management. Sports have always played a major role in my life – whether it be playing baseball and football in high school, or watching them on TV and in-person by going to games.
(Side note: I like to think of the South Philly Sports Complex as a second home. Go Birds!)
My interests include: playing video games, listening to music (and even playing it, albeit ear-splittingly), and making people laugh.
I’ve always prided myself on my broad sense of humor coming through in as many ways as possible, either in writing or just in everyday conversation. I feel as if I’ve succeeded if I can help brighten someone’s day, even if for just a moment. All in all, I never try to take myself too seriously.

Hi! My name is Riley Dixon, I am a senior Sports Management major at the University of Delaware. I grew up in a military family and have lived all across the country anywhere from Newport, RI to San Diego, CA. For 3 years, I played soccer on the University of Delaware women’s soccer team and will be using my final year of eligibility at Louisiana State University. While playing soccer, I will be pursuing my graduate degree in strategic communication. When not training for soccer, my favorite thing to do is hang out with friends and go to the beach(sad- I no longer live in San Diego). After graduating, I hope to get a job at a public relations firm near the beach! Favorite quote- “To give anything to less than your best is to sacrifice the gift”
We learn a lot from our keynote speakers (want to stay motivated at work everyday? Representing motivational speakers will do just that). But we also learn a lot from our interns. Villanova University, Penn State, University of Michigan, and University of Delaware are just a few of the schools we proudly work with. Thank you to all our interns who teach all of us at MPG each and every day. We are lucky to have you as our partners in success.
Frank, Mollie, Connor and Luke, June 2020
Once upon a time, in 2004,
I was struck with the idea that Philadelphia needed a one-stop sports marketing agency for athlete appearances and keynote speakers. I wanted to create an agency where people would find their favorite professional athletes for all their events.
Having experience in sales, and having met a local area sportscaster, a sports marketing agency was born! Within 18 months, my company represented every coach in the NHL, along with 40 other athletes and coaches throughout North America.
Then, like now, what made us different is that we only represented people we had the opportunity to know. You can’t sell a product unless you know the product, and my product was motivational speakers from the world of sports.
The Next Chapter starts in 2019,
when we reimagined a new company focusing on sports, wellness, diversity & inclusion and leadership speakers. In 2020, we expanded our virtual speaker services by representing even more virtual motivational speakers and training individuals in virtual media coaching. With an expansion of our services offered, we came up with a new name, new website and a renewed passion for what we do.
There is no better time than now to contact the Mollie Plotkin Group to find the perfect keynote speaker for your live or virtual event.
Whether its a kickoff meeting that needs some spark, a conference that needs a keynote speaker, a virtual program in need of an engaging leadership expert or a team in need of some wellness training, we’re here to help.
